Nestled within a historic building facing one of the most iconic squares in the world, this one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and boasts modern amenities and an enviable patio, perfect for alfresco dinners. Ideal for couples or small families, the apartment features top-notch A/C system in all rooms, multi-room wireless sound system, steam bath as well as bathtub . A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.
