The accommodation itself met expectations. Clean and organized space, with household utilities available. I also liked the layout of the apartment, and it easily met my needs. The location is very convenient in terms of services. The address itself can confuse delivery people and drivers a little, because it's in a kind of block complex and sometimes the map indicates an adjacent block. However, this small detail was easily resolved. The host was efficient.

Whenever I can, I choose to stay in this apartment. 10-star service, even though it is a small apartment, it is super well assembled and planned, amenities available, hosts always available, polite and courteous. My daughters love it. The condominium has no bureaucracy, it has a 24x7 convenience store that never lets you down. Whenever we can, we'll be back. The place is perfect for those who go to an event in the church nearby, you can go on foot. There is a 24-hour grocery store inside and a gym that, although simple, already counts. I only missed two things - a smart TV to watch streaming services and the electric shower wasn't working 100%.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Our stay was wonderful. It met our need very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 bedrooms between 4 people, with 2 in the suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, dispensing with the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the environments are huge for the reality of the Pilot Plan. The TV has all possible channels. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very well, including inviting for meals. Your house is under the accommodation, where we climb the staircase to our home. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who shared the rent and didn't have much luxury was excellent, could not have been better. I highly recommend it for similar purposes and needs.

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. Upon arrival, the care with cleaning was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is located in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. Ygna responded very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and in very good taste. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential - we had restaurants, cafes and shops available all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and check in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

The accommodation was very good, the accommodation with all the items described in the app. For those who go to work and need practicality, it is excellent. Safe, family-friendly, well-residential environment, close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. and has a gym, which is important to me.

The flat is exactly like the photo and a pleasant view with treetops. The convenience store has everything you need for a quick meal or snack, which is very helpful if you arrive late. The only suggestion is to check the towels better, as they were clean but frayed. Important: it is silent and the wi-fi is great

For one or two people it is comfortable. It is close to the Metro and a mall, which facilitates shopping and getting around for different points in the city.
