The house is set in a charming quiet forest and hidden from the hustle and bustle, where we have the privilege of listening to the pleasant sound of birds of the region, with the nature around it and a beautiful view of the sea. For those who like to shake, just go for the Lagoa da Conceição. At 50 mtrs from the house there is a market, an excellent bakery, restaurants for lunch and dinner, pizzerias, more ahead there are food trucks with live music and children's playground, gas station, banks.

The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
