Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photographs and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and polite. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

Marcia is a wonderful host. Always responsive and caring. Great place to stay and very well located. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Vanessa and her husband were very attentive to us. They waited for us to make the crossing to Barra da Lagoa. Vanessa is very calm and responds quickly. It has always helped us when necessary. Excellent stay. Huge and wonderful bathtub! I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautifully designed with a modern yet charming feel, and it had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. The private pool and outdoor shower were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the barbecue area—with a hammock tucked in for relaxing afternoons. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully laid out, from the comfortable suite to the stylish paintings throughout the space. It’s just a short walk to great restaurants, cafés, and small shops, yet the area is very quiet and serene. If you’re visiting Florianópolis and want a central location with total privacy, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

The accommodation is prepared to host guests, all in the smallest detail to be a very pleasant stay, soft towels, impeccable linens, household items, without a doubt one of the most complete accommodations I have ever stayed. The place is also fantastic, an amazing view, you see the sunrise show without rising from bed in a beautiful landscape! A lot of good restaurants nearby, there's a grocery store for nearby emergency items as well. Sérgio was very kind and gave us many tips from the site. Everything was wonderful, we will be back for sure!

A perfect stay! The house is very beautiful and pleasant, with everything very new and clean. The activity options are the perfect complement, in addition to the barbecue, which is very beautiful and cozy. Everything is perfect!

Everything about the place was great. It had great color and character, unlike many of the other places in Floripa. The location was close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. There was a nice indoor / outdoor feel to it and good privacy. A refuge. Not for folks allergic to cats. Highly recommended.

Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The condominium structure is also excellent. We love everything.

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
