We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. One block to the dedicated beach, no high rise condos. Three bedroom two bath house. One bedroom has queen bed, private bath with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms, one queen and one with two bunk singles, share the hall bath which has a tub/shower. Well stocked kitchen. Patio with outdoor seating and grill. Two TVs, WiFi, 1G cable internet with a dual-band 2.4+5 GHz router, Roku - Fubo streaming TV. Three miles to Pier Park a variety of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
