Love the place! The view was the best, exactly like the pictures. If you need a sign to book your trip, this is it do it! Comfortable bed, super clean, and talking to Kendra was super easy she responded all of our questions and was so helpful on everything! Definitely coming back again.

The description was accurate and the hosts were extremely friendly and responded quickly. The quick walk to the beach was a plus! Such a beautiful and peaceful area for a quick getaway! Can’t recommend this place enough

My family loved our stay at Tracy’s condo! It was so clean and looks exactly like the pictures, and barely a 5 minute walk to the beach !! Her check-in and check-out instructions were clear and communicated before our stay, which I super appreciated. We mostly spent our trip enjoying the ocean, but it would have been a super quick drive to any of the popular shopping/tourist/restaurants in town. There were also extra beach items (sandcastle buckets, beach chairs, body boards) in one of the closets! I would definitely re-book with Tracy if we make a second trip to Panama City:)

What a beautiful and relaxing place! The condo is adorable, clean, and cozy. We loved the balcony facing the ocean and the sliding glass doors we could crack open to hear the ocean. The condo is super cute, linens and bathrooms were very clean, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was spotless and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The area is wonderful - beautiful beaches, lots of shopping, and tasty restaurants. It was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip! We will definitely be back. Thanks, Sherry!!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this property. It’s very close to the beach and also has a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pool and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. Very peaceful. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The host was also very responsive and quickly resolved any questions we had. Additionally, we were given two beach chairs, even though we hadn’t asked for them — that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

CC’s By the Sea is a beautiful beach condo full of necessities making guests feel right at home. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others. Panama City Beach was a lot of fun and we plan to return one day.

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

Jennifer's place was beyond everything we imagined and the photos did no justice. The views? IMMACULATE The condo? AMAZING The host? THE BEST. We would love to have this spot as a yearly booking the location is within walking of everything. Once parked you literally won't have to leave unless you want to NOT need to .

Tammy's place was perfect for our girl's trip! We had a few very minor issues and Tammy not only answered my messages extremely quickly but also took care of the minor issues quickly. The condo was perfect, the view was amazing, and the beach wasn't too crowded like it has been in at other condos in the area. Tammy was pleasant to deal with and the condo was clean as well. We will definitely stay again!

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious for 5 of us. Teens had fun walking around, there is pizza and ice cream within a block or two from the condo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The beach was not busy at all during our stay. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! The beach was literally outside the balcony and everything was easily accessible! Close to a walmart and starbucks and many other places to eat and not alot of traffic. Kevin was very responsive and everything was awesome!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

The blue palm was the perfect spot for our little family of four. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect with small kids. We almost always had the pool to ourselves and the beach was never overcrowded. Morgan was wonderful at answering all my questions and the condo was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ray's condo! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible proximity to the sea—literally just steps away! We also loved spending time on the balcony, which offers a breathtaking view that’s perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. We look forward to coming back soon.
