The house is very accessible to enter, the rooms, the living areas and the pool very parent. The living room is missing washing and the kitchen a little more cooking utensils. Everything else is great and Nancy's service is very good.

The house is nice in general and very clean. There are some things that already feel a little old and lack maintenance, but everything works wonderfully. Julian answered my questions and Martha and Oscar who take care of the house were very attentive and accessible. Highly recommended for spending time with friends!

I really liked the house, it was exactly what we paid for, which was great. Blanca was a very good host, she responded quickly even if it was late and always in a polite way. The only thing I have to add is that people who sleep in the rooms that don't have air conditioning have a hard time because it's too hot and the fan isn't enough, and secondly, you have to bring a multi-socket because in the room we stayed in there were no connectors other than one and there was nowhere to connect a cell phone, computer, hair dryer, among other things. But other than that, I would stay there again without any problem.

The place is beautiful and the garden is very large. I loved the private beach to access the lake, in addition, the service of all the staff who work there is excellent, very reliable and efficient. We will definitely be back! 100% recommended

If you are looking for accommodation in Tequesquitengo, Julio's house is an excellent option, the residential complex where the house is located is very quiet and safe, the house is very clean which is appreciated, the pool is large, the jacuzzi is great; if you bring food the kitchen is well equipped, and if not, there is a seafood restaurant outside the residential complex, Julio is also very kind and is always attentive to answer your questions.

Excellent attention, always attentive to everything, the lady who helps very helpful. The only detail I put in the house, was that the bathrooms smelled like caño and if it stayed open the door stank the room. The house was in good condition, amenities, nice view, comfortable for several people, there are no shops nearby so it is better to buy everything before not to complicate, part of the access is from terraceria but it is not difficult to reach following the GPS. We really liked the place and had a great time. There is always someone attentive to what is needed regarding the services of the house and amenities, such as boiler themes, jacuzzi, boat services, etc.

A very nice place to rest and have a great time with friends and family, the establishment is beautiful and close to the lake. The hosts are always attentive and accessible, I would definitely stay with them again.

Sait's attention was very pleasant and at any time it was kept in communication to verify if we were missing something, the question of the pool being heated was super since at any time you could use it and ask Sait will adjust the temperature. The leaflets that are kept as a food delivery recommendation is very good since due to the area in which it is located there is not much accessibility to services of shopping centers or restaurants

We were 18 people, Fami to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We had an unforgettable weekend. The house is on a hill, it has a very nice view. Behind the house in the garden, they adapted an extension of the house that overlooks the garden. Bedrooms for visitors. They practically share a bathroom in pairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just accommodate, distribute to people. It can be locked every time it is occupied. And inside the house, they have an extra room with two bunk beds and a full bathroom, which can be used for the service or for two young people. The extra pool service is worth paying for. A dream for those who like hot water. Christmas fam!!♥️

Excellent house with access to the lake, a very comfortable place to rest, you can hire a boat for water skiing, kayaking, jet skiing, swimming in the lake, a very nice garden to relax and a beautiful terrace! The rooms and kitchen are all perfect to make the most of the stay! I took my dogs and they were very happy! I also had help from Lily and Chuy with cooking and cleaning, and they were very friendly and helpful!

The house is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and tidy, so it's very helpful to have everything on hand. The pool is very much enjoyed, as it maintains a comfortable temperature all the time. We were touched by sunny and rainy days, so we could spend time in the garden, but also in the interior stay that is very welcoming. Both the stay and the bedrooms have perfect working air conditioning. The bathrooms are also comfortable and have everything you need. I had to do home office and had no connection problems, plus the whole area is very quiet, so the place is quite quiet and you can rest. In addition, due to its proximity to the CDMX, it is a very good option to get out of the routine. Arturo and his wife are very friendly and were attentive all the time. We would definitely spend a few days in your beautiful home again:)
