I loved the house, the access to the lake and its pool with warm water were the best, we enjoyed the grill on a pleasant afternoon, which my family had a great time. I highlight the attention that Marcela gives me, from the beginning when I asked her questions about the house, during the days before my arrival she was also pending and when I met her super attentive and polite, Marcela's attention is what one looks for in these accommodation booking situations, I CONGRATULATE YOU MARCELA and in the future I would like to rent the house.

An amazing house!! The view is beautiful, it's super spacious and with lots of beds and rooms. I went with 12 friends and we had extra beds. Mario helped me manage a person to help us with cooking and the lady cooked delicious. I honestly don't understand why the house doesn't have so many reviews, and I can say that the photos don't do it any justice because in person it's beautiful and it's super spacious. I booked it with a lot of fear because there weren't so many ratings, but when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised because it's huge and beautiful, it's 1000% worth it. There were towels for the 13 people and there were some left over The only thing missing is shampoo and soap. The pool can be heated for an extra cost but it was very hot so for us it was not necessary. The location is a bit confusing but with the photos and Mario's directions we arrived without any problems. The bad thing: There's nothing around! There are no Oxxos nearby or stores where you can stock up, but we ordered everything and they brought it to us.

Excellent in general, the place is beautiful and quiet, spacious and comfortable, we did not have internet even though the best disposition to fix it, we could improve in showers; but in general everything is excellent and the place is worth it.

Excellent accommodation! My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool (very large) and with good depth. The palapa that gives the lake, excellent for taking the food in a relaxed way with that view. The rooms in perfect condition. I must highlight the service of Adela (administrator) and Miguel (maintenance), always attentive and providing a super remarkable and proactive service. Note: I recommend reviewing and maintaining the air conditioners in the rooms as two nights did not work well, but Miguel did as he could. Other than that, muuuuy recommendable and I will definitely be back!

Excellent house with access to the lake, a very comfortable place to rest, you can hire a boat for water skiing, kayaking, jet skiing, swimming in the lake, a very nice garden to relax and a beautiful terrace! The rooms and kitchen are all perfect to make the most of the stay! I took my dogs and they were very happy! I also had help from Lily and Chuy with cooking and cleaning, and they were very friendly and helpful!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and pleasant, as shown in the photos. It has a nice view and you can make use of the place's amenities. The pool is heated, so it was nice even though it was December. Communication with the host was very good and always helpful. We had to give full names and details of the cars we were in because the entrance is very controlled, although the entrance staff were always friendly and we could be coming in and out at any time. Also, keep in mind that you need to be very clear about the check-in and check-out times, as the hosts are the ones who give you access. A good place to stay.
