The cottage was newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned meters with A/C, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Electric car charger. In the cottage association, you have a common part in the facility with swimming pool (June-August), sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court. Ängelholm & Båstad are 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Enjoy beautiful nature, outdoor activities and tranquility in this small house on the southern slope of Hallandsåsen. We rent out our annex of 21 sqm, next to our holiday home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Room for 2 adults + 1 or 2 children. Kitchen, bathroom, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200 cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Floor heating. The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large balcony. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account required), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The entire cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you live with nature right at your doorstep. The cottage is cozy and simple and invites you to spend a while by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Longer hiking trails can be found at Djurholmen Nature Reserve. Cleaning is done by you, otherwise there is a fee of SEK 800. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. Welcome from the Johansson Family!

Live in peace surrounded by nature

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Only a 10 minute walk from central Båstad you will find this summer paradise with magnificent views and a gorgeous pool and terraces in many directions with no disturbing neighbors close. Your own creek will keep you calm together with the yoga house in the middle of the parklike huge parcel. With three main bedrooms, two living rooms with a fireplace and a guest cabin you can fit 10 people here. Though an old house, it is very modern with all amenities you need for your stay.

Welcome to our cottage in the quiet area of Fasalt! The cottage is only 30 minutes from the beautiful sea in Mellbystrand. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops just 10 minutes away in Örkelljunga. Pool is a few minutes' walk away, and is open from mid-June to late August. Cost for use of electric car charger is extra. SEK 2.5/kWh. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the charger.
