Here you have walking distance to most things, within 10-15 minutes you will find Halmstad city, the western beach, the swimming stadium Brottet, grocery store and nice natural areas. Everyone is welcome here, even the four-legged ones. Our outdoor cat lives in the house and stays in the conservatory/outdoors during the rental periods. He doesn't demand anything from our tenants, but it's an advantage if you like cats as he shares the conservatory and garden with those who live in the house.
