Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lahug (Pob.)

The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. Host was responsive and really nice when asked about anything. We definitely will book this place again in the near future. We also recommend to any other traveler this place to stay at during their visit in Cebu.

Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

Highly recommended✨️💯💯💯 MG's place is perfect for family and travelers who want to be in the center of all. Easy access to commute. Food stalls were just right in the corner. Mall is just in front. Pier is a quick 5 to 10 minutes trip. It was a nice place to rest after a whole day of travel. Thank You for welcoming us :)

Great place for a few days in Cebu city. The building is safe with so many guards and security helping you get through every door. It’s right opposite Ayala shopping mall too with good ships and restaurants. The room itself is exactly as the pics show. Compact and very clean and tidy. Loved the washing machine and dryer. Easy proactive instructions on how to get access to the building and room too. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere safe, quiet and nice to stay in Cebu city.

We enjoyed our stay, Greg and Shiela was always responsive and gave clear instructions. they also helped me with my parking spot. The aircon was freeeeezing cold! had a good hot/cold shower as well as toiletries. I'll definitely come back once I'm in Cebu again.

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

I’m truly happy with my 9-night stay. Chuchu was incredibly accommodating, and the property is absolutely lovely. It genuinely feels like a home away from home.

Place is as described. Across SM City Cebu and beside a Tuna Restaurant. A lot of people checks in this place, sometimes the elevators gets busy but other than that I found the place very convenient. I would have stayed longer if possible. Communication with the host is above and beyond. I got few requests and it was granted smoothly. I also left some drinks in the fridge and was able to get them without trouble. Definitely recommend this place to stay and relax in the city. I had a wonder time at Dee’s place. The view was awesome, the room was relatively clean and all functioning amenities. As a host, Dee was very helpful and very responsive to the needs of her guests. Would definitely book again soon.

Very safe place lots of security around at all times. Very clean and only 5-15 mins from most of the malls

It is in a safe location and a very, very big advantage to have a convenience store on the first floor. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, so I was able to enjoy my vacation without getting bored. I also liked the night view from the 34th floor. Good!!
