pretty refurbished studio, very bright facing south, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby...the beach is 100m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . At La Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are charged from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" car park 100 m from the accommodation.
