Chantal is welcoming you in her "gite " . On the ground floor a lovely living room with open kitchen and at the first floor 2 bedrooms , and a spare room with a double bed and a bathroom.

My modest and welcoming home, which I share, offers travelers the means to relax, eat and above all rest. The room is large and comfortable with its queen size bed and desk facing the window. The bathroom is nice and functional. The living room and kitchen are also at their disposal for quick cooking… the south-facing terrace and garden offer them the opportunity to eat outside or sunbathe on the terrace. Finally, all the ingredients are there for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Located 15 minutes from St Omer, Hazebrouck, Cassel and Aire sur la Lys, 45 minutes from the Lille metropolis and the Côte d'Opale, 20 minutes from Belgium and less than an hour from Ypres. It's a small, single-story cottage: small but functional and quiet. It is furnished for 1 traveler in an outbuilding of the house in the garden, so you are independent with an entrance and a private parking space under video surveillance.

You will stay in a ground floor apartment (no steps to access it), spacious and close to all amenities. The history of this place is important to many people in the area! The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites.
