Es gibt zwei Terrassen mit Sonnenliegen und Lounge Ecke. Der beheizte Pool steht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Sämtlicher Strom wird durch eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach erzeugt, ebenso das Warmwasser. Ausserdem gibt es in der Küche einen Trinkwasserfilter. Beide Hausteile können auch zusammen gemietet werden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

The house is from 2023 and modern decorated. The house got a great terrace, where you got a lot of sun. It is south facing so it is protected from the wind. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still only 1 min away from Lajares town where you got restaurants,shops etc, and 5 min away from the beautiful beaches on the north shore. We got a volcano in the back that is great for a nice hike! We can offer toys for kids if needed.
