Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Lake Atitlán

We really enjoyed staying with Carlos. The room, a studio with an included kitchen, was beautiful, located on the upper floor of the house. It offers a stunning view of Lake Atitlán and the volcanoes. Everything was lovely, and the garden was colorful and diverse. We especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda every morning with our coffee, looking out at the garden. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we felt completely at home. Everything was very clean, and Carlos was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would gladly recommend the apartment and would be happy to return at some point in the future.

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

Helemaal goed, douche was goed en warm, het is allemaal niet super uitgebreid maar voor het geld is het gewoon perfect. Je hebt niet meer nodig, ik was mn oplader vergeten en dit werd snel geregeld!

Was a pleasure to stay here! Away from the noisy city, amazing hosts who helped us with everything we wanted ( fan was broken and they got us a new one right away), they also have an amazing Italian restaurant that they give us a discount for, beautiful place, a view of the lake, great WiFi, it’s a walk from town (which we loved to get our steps in) or a Q10 per person tuk tuk

This apartment is s great deal for staying in San Pedro. Easy check in, responsive host, 10/10 location, beautiful outdoor space, well priced. Kenny helped us get s shuttle directly to airport after our stay and always answered immediately any questions that we may have had. Perfect Airbnb for a few days in San Pedro.

Clemente’s place has beautiful views of San Pedro, it is continently located between San Pedro and San Juan so it is easy to check out both towns! Quite a lot of stairs to climb if walking isn’t your thing, it’s easy to get tuk tuks

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

Quedamos encantados, la casa estaba muy limpia, equipada. Se sentía como en casa. El lugar es muy silencioso para descansar. Ana Lidia fue amable y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras dudas. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin duda regresaremos en otra ocasión

it was a great location very walkable. The house was spacious and quite peacful for how close it was to the busy street. I agree with other reviews about the home being a bit run down (very sunken uncomfortable sofa, fuzzy tv) We really enjoyed the outdoor seating, multiple bathrooms and fans in every room! Can't wait to come back!

La estadía fue increíble, nos resolvieron rápidamente los inconvenientes y Dani estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. Un ambiente agradable y el vecino fue cordial y atento. Mi familia y yo quedamos felices.

I stayed in the guacamole cabin for 2 weeks it was very private and quiet back yard with a nice sitting area surrounded by greenery. next door is the training area for yoga ,martial arts and many other activities I took part in the hatha yoga classes which were awesome way to start the day the lake is a 4 minute walk ,spent most of my time on the water kayaking and swimming. it's just a paradise. Johnathan has created a community of teachers and students to enrich your soul .we had 2 potluck dinners wich was a good way to meet the other guests. yea I love that place and it's people. thanks Johnathan, I'll be back next year .

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at. If you don't fancy walking up and down the big hills of San Marcos, then this place is for you. A 5 minute walk from the boat ramp, right in the middle of the village surrounded by all the restaurants, cafes and shops, this place was central to everything. Very quiet and surrounded by a lush green garden. A highlight for me was the lux cotton linen with a proper duvet (comforter) that kept me warm at night when the temperatures dropped. The bed was very comfy. The host provides drinking water, which I thought was a nice touch. The WIFI worked really well. It's fast and suitable for streaming or/and video calls. If there was one thing to note in a near perfect Airbnb would be the shower. It was hard for me to regulate the temperature and the water pressure was also very weak. Also just a side note that electricity can be shut off for a whole day and also water. That happened during my stay but these are outside the host's control.

Me gustó mucho el hospedaje de Cirilo, él se comunicaba conmigo para enviarme la ubicación del alojamiento un día antes y me ofreció su servicio de Tuk Tuk. Él fue muy atento y servicial.

Es muy amable. Y la casa es súper cómoda y está cerca de la playa Jucana.

Todo limpio, la casa muy bonita y la atención excelente. Solo tuvimos fuga de agua en la cocina pero nada que afecte la estadía de ahí en fuera todo totalmente bien.

A una calle de la avenida principal. Excelente atención de Luis, todo el tiempo estuvo en contacto conmigo. Todo super limpio y sin duda regreso. Me sentí en casa.

Excelente servicio, higiene, instrucciones claras, servicios de excelente calidad, un poco alejando de la zona viva pero se podía llegar en tuktuk sin problema alguna, muy amigable don Cirilo.
