Entire one-room rental. We recommend it for single or double use, but it can accommodate up to 3 people with the addition of 1 extra bed (* separate consultation required). The first floor of the 2-story building is the accommodation. The entrance is independent. On the 2nd floor, "ROYAL HAWAIIAN CAFE THE PINK" will open on May 13, 2024 (managed by a different owner). When you leave the room and go up the embankment, you can enjoy Lake Biwa right in front of you, the mountains of Hiei and Hira on the other side, the sunrise and sunset on the lake, and the fantastic scenery that changes with the time and season. Jogging and walking along the embankment and cycling along the lakeside road are also recommended!!! Long stays and business trips are also welcome! Please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to use it. It is about 1 hour by car from downtown Kyoto, and if you come by train, it is about 20 minutes by bus from JR Kosei Line Azumigawa Station, or about 10 minutes by taxi. It is popular with overseas customers, families, and groups. A BBQ set is also available for rent. We also rent BBQ equipment for a fee, so please let us know. Free parking is available on the premises. Parking is available for up to 3 regular vehicles. For large vehicles, it may be difficult to park 3, so please inquire in advance. If you contact us in advance, we can rent it for a fee. There are also plenty of outdoor facilities in the surrounding area, so please use it as a base for your activities.
