A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Created from the union of rustic and modern, it consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a large equipped patio. There is a private and exclusive beach with sun loungers, a picnic table, a jetty with panoramic seating and a barbecue, all illuminated by a suggestive play of night lights.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Welcome to our vacation home 100 meters from the lake. The house offers two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed. The kitchen has an induction stove and washing machine. There are two smart TVs, WiFi and two air conditioners. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with a handle and a hand shower instead of a bidet. Outside you will find a shower, paved garden with umbrella, relaxation area and electric shade tent.
