Nice quiet spot. It’s surrounded by houses but the unit still felt private. There was an issue with the hot tub when I arrived but the owner was quick to respond and took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!

Paul was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. He had the spa already heated and ready for us to enjoy! He allowed us to pick avocados on his property and had some lemons in the kitchen from his trees as well. He even recommended an excellent foreign film that we never would have discovered without him. We had a restful and relaxing stay. Such a great way to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. We went horseback riding with the company down the road from his home and enjoyed having a glass of wine on the deck listening to the footfalls of deer in the trees below and looking up at the stunning star-show. If you live in LA and looking to get out of the hustle and bustle without going far, this is perfect location. Not even an hour from me and it felt like i was in a different country. Very romantic and peaceful. There is no TV which is supposed to be the point, but at the end of it I was watching a movie on my laptop on the beyond cozy bed. The cedar hot tub was beyond amazing also. Late night I was worried about getting Postmates, but there were so many places that delivered there (we had to drive down to the main gate to meet the driver, which was its own good time also. So no complaints) Highly recommend this to anyone

Such a unique and wonderful experience! I was amazed at how comfortable the bed was. The Cedar hot tub was the highlight of my stay. Sitting on the deck at night looking up at the stars was just so peaceful. I loved everything about Ardie’s place.

My partner and I came up for the weekend and absolutely loved this getaway. Tatyana’s spot was so cozy and peaceful. It was nice to disconnect and be with nature for the weekend. We stayed only for one night but definitely would love to go back for an entire weekend. The bed was very comfy and the shower was AMAZING.

This cabin has such a familiar, comforting vibe—it feels like stepping into a place your soul already knows. The sound of the creek just outside the door added a gentle soundtrack to my stay, and I especially loved having breakfast in the screened-in porch each morning. Everything was easy to find thanks to the clear directions and the helpful guest handbook, and the thoughtful touches (like fresh apples and eggs) made me feel genuinely welcomed. If you’re looking to truly get away from it all and reset in nature, this is a perfect spot.

I had such a good stay here - it was quiet and peaceful, but also felt nice to have Heidi, the dogs, and other guests around. The sunset at the cabin was amazing. I personally loooved the outdoor shower. I woke up the second morning to the cutest basset hound laying outside my door and we had some cuddles. Heidi's place is perfect if you want a chill quiet place to explore Topanga and the beaches nearby and don't need a luxury experience. The unbeatable natural surroundings, comfy bed, and unique cabin are luxury enough. Thanks Heidi for sharing your inspiring place everyone :)

This place is beautiful ,extremely clean, peaceful, spacious, and has great energy. Susan was very kind and responsive at all times.

Rebecca’s place was so lovely! The cabin was a great place for our Topanga getaway. Nice outdoor spaces and good views of the canyon! Close drive to the main area of Topanga Canyon, but far enough to feel secluded. Even though it’s close to the main house, it still felt private.
