Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, additional fees will be requested. 2.00 euros tourist tax per person only cash. (with regret it is not suitable for disabled people) (it is forbidden to charge the electric machine in the garage of the apartment without asking for the additional costs)

This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
