Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Sehr großzügiges, helles und modern ausgestattetes 2-Zimmer-Apartment (ca 60 m²) mit traumhaftem Sonnenbalkon direkt am Bodensee mit atemberaubendem See- und Bergblick und privatem Seezugang auf dem Grundstück. Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Cozy Apartment in the attic with separate entrance and stairwell, with clean bathroom, Tinykitchen and a balcony overlooking Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the balcony and feel like you are on a retreat. A small kitchenette is located outside the room on the hallway area. Private parking in front of the house, also space for caravans and campers. We rent the room on a weeky basis.
