We rent a small guest house (about 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - everything is easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Konstanz, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min to bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Birkenhof, Schwänli House

The Birkenhof is located in a secluded location in the middle of the Appenzell region in Herisau. It is completely surrounded by meadows and forests and borders on various hiking trails. From here you can walk, hike, cycle and swim. Around the Birkenhof there is a magnificent mountain view of the Alpstein. The towns of Herisau, Appenzell and St. Gallen are very close. Eine kleine Ferienwohnung in der Scheune, umgeben von einem einzigartigen Garten. Der Bodensee ist nur 8 km entfernt, problemlos erreichbar mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar (ca. 15-20 Min. mit Fahrrad). Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist standardmäßig ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Natur benötigen, darunter eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC, Wifi etc.

Mitten auf der grünen Wiese in unserem Garten bieten wir einen liebevoll gestalteten Schlafwagen zur Vermietung an. Für maximal zwei Personen stellen wir hier einen entspannten Rückzugsort mit der Möglichkeit für Lagerfeuer und Nutzung unseres Grundstücks zur Verfügung. Der Wagen ist ausgestattet mit Strom, einer Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und allem nötigen für den einfachen täglichen Gebrauch. Eine warme Dusche und Toilette findet Ihr bei uns im Wohnhaus direkt nebenan. The apartment MOST INDIA FLAT owes its name to the region, where there are far more apple trees than inhabitants. There are 450 trees on the Haselbachhof farm, plus 40 dairy cows, 10 Angus suckler cows, 10 horses, a few sheep and dogs. My girlfriend and I love traveling and making new friends, so we want to offer people from all over the world the opportunity to stay on our organic farm. We are very open-minded and like to meet new people.
