The Eagle has been welcoming you since 01 September 2025! 2 years of planning and almost 3 years of construction time were needed to make the 18th century Gasthof Adler fly again. The extensive gilding cure included a core renovation of the entire building, a complete annex on the east side as well as an extension around a living floor. On the 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, the golden eagle invites you to stay above the historic rooftops of Markdorf.
