The surroundings offer, among other things, the Neckar origin in the nature reserve with beautifully landscaped paths. The Black Forest is almost right outside the front door. Lake Constance can also be reached in 30 minutes by nearby highway. Lovers of historic city centers will find what they are looking for in Villingen and Rottweil.

On approx. 70 m², a modern living area with a large kitchen and huge roof terrace awaits you. a hammock on which you can enjoy the peaceful view of the countryside. A separate bedroom with a 1.80 m bed and a modern bathroom complete everything. In 5 minutes you can be at the S-Bahn [suburban train], in 20 minutes at the lake, in 20 minutes in the old town of Bregenz on foot. Private apartment: I ask for care and respect :)
