We are a family that love living here and have a self contained space connected to our house, with separate access, FREE PRIVATE driveway parking, private garden, patio, BBQ all for you to enjoy. If want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too

When you are not chilling in the hot tub, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the indoor space, which has a wonderful, relaxing feel-good atmosphere. We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

Tilberthwaite Lodge is a short stroll from the shore of Windermere on the popular White Cross Bay holiday park. With ramp access and parking for 2 cars it is in a quiet cul-de-sac location. There is lake access for water based activities and amenities on site - pool, activities, etc. a one-off fee is payable on site. Spacious open plan kitchen/living area with recliner sofas, well equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. A decked outside area with furniture and views to distant fells.

Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.
