Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Eola

Amazing place and the host was incredibly helpful, down to surprise details on the kitchen counter and in the fridge. I'd highly recommend this spot, and the outdoor patio is truly something special.

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Loved the place. It's comfortable and homey. Had plenty of towels and linens. Will definitely stay again. It's near the Kia Arena and Camping World Stadium which is a plus.

Lovely home in downtown Orlando, location couldn't be better. Beautiful space, very clean and welcoming, and Heidi was a fantastic host! As an added benefit, the driveway is private and shade-covered. 10/10 would stay again.

Frank was an incredible host! He was extremely attentive and made sure my stay was PERFECT! He answered any questions I had, responding very promptly and politely. Great location minutes from downtown Orlando, but on a very peaceful street minutes walk from a beautiful lake. House was clean with good parking. Our Host Andy was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed any support. Would definitely recommend.

We were helping to move our daughter to Orlando area from out of state and needed a home base for a few days while we got everything set up for her. David’s place fit the bill perfectly - clean, lots of space, quiet, quick responses to any questions. It was exactly what we needed.

I enjoyed my stay here very much! The space was exactly as promised, the location was great, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated that both the bed and sofa are very comfortable - a hard combination to find. It’s obvious that a lot of care has been put into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a quick visit to Winter Park. The rental is as described and is in a good location to Winter Park. Most of the restaurants and stores were within a 10min drive including grocery stores. The property manager was proactive and great with communication. The area was quiet and peaceful and felt safe. The house is as described. The beds are clean and comfortable. The showers are large and the living room has a big comfortable sofa. The kitchen has appliances and a full accompaniment of cooking supplies. I recommend this unit if you want to be near Winter Park or want to visit surrounding areas.

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation that was held at UCF. With 7 guests and 2 dogs, the house was perfect. We all fit comfortably, took the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood across the street, ordered amazing Mexican food from Queso Loco, and short drives to almost anywhere you want to go. Jennifer, the host, is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The backyard area has a great outdoor covered area next to the hot tub. The pool is great to relax, and listen to music. All the convenience of home in another city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Beautiful condo. Easy check-in. Responds fast to messages. I’ll definitely be back again.

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!
