The condo was fabulous for my family. It is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus toys games and puzzles for the kids. Plenty of cleaning supplies, coffee, linens, towels. The view from the condo is amazing, it is on the top floor and one of the highest elevation condos in the entire complex so you have a nice view of Mary’s Lake and the surrounding mountains. Plus being on the top floor you have elevated ceilings that make the condo feel Roomy. The view from the deck is amazing. Both rooms had king beds which were comfortable and the master bath in particular seems to be freshly renovated with great water pressure and a water waterfall type showerhead. The condo is just eight minutes from the heart of all the great downtown activities in Estes Park, and about seven minutes to the entrance to Rocky Mountain national Park. The complex also has a separate heated pool and Jacuzzi hot tub.

Our stay was a great one. We enjoyed our time hiking and enjoying Rocky Mountain National Park and were able to relax when we finished hiking for the day. Recommendations for restaurants were plentiful, but the rental allowed for making your own meals as well. Instructions from the host and at the rental were clear and informative there was no need to contact the host. We would stay again.

I absolutely loved this place! It was so charming, cozy, and full of character. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of Estes Park, just a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, and sights, and only a 10‑minute drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It felt like a true home away from home, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon!

Walkable distance to the lake and 10-min drive to the National Park. Gail is kind and friendly, and she provides tasty breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. I just wish there was shampoo and conditioner provided, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Amazing stay, very peaceful cabin. Walkable to downtown and very close to Rocky Mountains. Only issue we had was with bathroom sink draining extremely slowly but I communicated with the Vacasa team and they were responsive. We left for the mountains after discussing with them and when I got back, it was fixed. I asked to have maintenance reach out before entering the cabin which didn’t happen but I am not going to deduct any ratings for it. Highly recommended.

This is our second year in a row staying at Mallary and Michael’s place, and we love it! It is comfy and clean, and it has everything you need to feel at home. It is close to the shops and restaurants in Estes Park and the entrance to the RMNP. After hiking and being tired from outdoor activities, it is a great place to relax. Mallary and Michael are very responsive and friendly to communicate with. I recommend their place!
