Great location facing the lake. Very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very spacious and well furnished. Family room and kitchen area had gorgeous views, had everything to cook a meal or two, and then entertain at the same time. The lake being frozen was not unexpected. Someone who never seen it, ours guests found it very entertaining to walk on the frozen lake. We saw a Fox lurking around the house, and dozens of Elk grazing 2-3 miles away from this place along the highway. Watch out for them, park safely on the road side and take great pictures!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and location provided much desired peace and quiet! Hosts were VERY friendly and responsive and checked in regularly via text. Evenings in the hot tub with moonlit mountain views was WONDERFUL! Much too big for just the two of us but plenty of room for a group of up to 8 or 10 people if you include the downstairs studio. Close enough to Idaho Springs, Central City, and Blackhawk, all of which provided great shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is a very beautiful and welcoming home in great surroundings. It has been a fantastic stay for our family’s little ones to grandparents both times. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub with a view is a nice touch. They even let me borrow a book that I was unable to finish during my stay that I will be mailing back shortly! Thank you again, great place and we hope to stay again soon.

Katie’s place was everything we wanted it to be and more. The location was perfect, very private. The neighbors were very friendly which made us feel right at home. The house was stocked with everything we needed, they truly go above and beyond for their guests. You won’t be disappointed !

Lola is an amazing host. She accommodated all of our requests. Very responsive and guided us with helpful info. The home is stocked with everything we need. We felt right at home. I will stay here only here for my next trip to Arvada.

Beautiful home and location, and very responsive host! Clean, accurate description, awesome view of the lake. 5 minute drive to the town of Grand Lake. So close to RMNP! One of the highlights was soaking in the hot tub on a crisp, cold night—an absolute dream! The deck provided stunning mountain views, and the entire setting was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxation. What truly set this stay apart was Amber, the perfect host. Her impeccable communication, grace, empathy, and attention to detail made everything seamless. She provided helpful and informative tips throughout our stay, ensuring we had the best experience possible. A quick tip for winter travelers: 4-wheel drive is a must during the snowy months, but it’s well worth it for this incredible getaway. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and location. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in the area! We came to the area for a family get together with 10 people and there was plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed the shuffle board, the Buck game, ping pong, and the hot tub. There is so much to do without having to travel too far. We were close to trails and some of the group took daily walks from the house, mountain biking trails are close by and we enjoyed our time paddle boarding and kayaking on Shadow Mountain Lake. Having a garage to put our stuff in was very nice. Erich was very response and helpful. He was very accommodating with our early check in and answered any questions we had almost immediately. I unfortunately forgot something at the house and Erich had been very helpful in helping me get it back which I really appreciate.

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The condo was perfect for our trip. It was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and trails. We loved the outdoor space since our weather was amazing. I would definitely recommend Billy's place to anyone going to Winter Park!

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

A cute space with everything one needs for a relaxing get away! Hot tub was fabulous and watching the birds, squirrels and other animals around the place was so fun!

100% recommend! The cabin location, cleanliness and overall vibe was amazing. The decor and furnishing was not just clean but gave such a comforting feeling. And the location was great - we got to e see wildlife almost every time e drove to and from the cabin. 5/5!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

We LOVED our stay at your condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. First, you can't beat the location to Rocky Mountain National Park! It's close to places to get gas, grab a bite to eat, and again, just minutes from the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP. We saw 21 moose in just three days at the park (YES, 21), but one of the moose we saw was on the condo property! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The living room/kitchen area was very warm and toasty, but with opening the doors and windows for a bit, it cooled off, and it was comfortable. The place was very clean, and we loved having our parking spot so close to the condo. We also LOVED the view from our balcony. Beautiful snow-capped mountains, a glistening lake, amazing morning coffee moments! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting RMNP! Thank you for the memories!

This was an amazing spot for our family of four! We were super comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick ski trip at Granby Ranch. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful place near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!

My family enjoyed the quick access to and from the lift. This allowed my family to enjoy meals between skiing. The condo had plenty of space and was warm and cozy retreat to rest and relax. It is also close to a grocery store and not far from multiple towns to grab food if needed.

Steve was very communicative and helpful from the check in process, recommendations, through check out. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great stay at Marv & Kim's! As pictured and expected. I have stayed at several Air Bnbs at The Inn at Silvercreek in the past, and Marv & Kim's place is the cleanest and nicest one yet. Will definitely book here again in the future. Thank you.
