Holiday rentals with a pool in Lake Köyceğiz

It had a very nice location. The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly. They instantly found solutions to our problems and handled them. I thank them for the accommodation here.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We had an amazing stay at Mustafa’s villa in Fethiye! The house was spotless, everything was exceptionally clean and well, maintained. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or having a quiet evening outdoors. The entire property was very private, fully fenced and gated , even the car had its own secure spot, which gave us great peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, making every night restful. Mustafa was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed 9 days in the accommodation and were very, very satisfied. We were received in a very friendly manner and Hayrettin Bey was always available in case there were any issues. The villa is very clean. It would be advisable to come by car or to rent one. The city is only 15 minutes away by car. If you want a relaxing stay, it is ideal.

Lovely stay, Mert was very helpful organising transfers for us. Villa was immaculate, well stocked and exactly as described. Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the river with good bars and restaurants. Lovely villa, great host and fantastic holiday.

It was a pleasant holiday with the children. Our host was friendly, we had a nice communication. Responsive to our needs. The farm was natural, clean, safe and tidy. The kids were able to get around comfortably on their own. Chickens, turkeys, peacocks, cats, and the kittens of all; it has been a nice experience for them. Since it is in the forest but away from the forest, we were able to safely light a fire for a barbecue or pleasure every day without the risk of fire. The pool was 5 floors large compared to regular homes. There are great places around half an hour away, we also discovered a few of them: Akyaka, Cedar Island, Marmaris. The host was very caring and friendly. It really helped with the check-in time. The house and pool were spotless. The pool water temperature was very nice and it was suitable to swim even in the evening. It is a quiet place to relax, you can have a holiday with all the tools and equipment in your own house and with a perfect view. I recommend it. It's a place to come back to.

We liked the beautiful unit. We rented a car from Enterprise to get around after the 1st day. Recommend Tlos ancient city and get the guy there to guide you around, and pay him 400 TL. Fantastic. Also Patara Beach sand dunes - wow! Free and totally amazing. Do not go to the pay beach also called Patera. It costs way way too much.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Hakki was very accommodating, a lovely man very polite and courteous. Always happy to help with anything from taxis to questions about the area. The apartment was absolutely stunning and exactly like the pictures! Would 100% recommend.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The place was very well located, few meters away from the ocean , the view from the apartment is breathtaking, surrounded by nature. The apartment is really well designed, very clean and the swimming pool is just 3 steps down from the living room and kitchen’s door. The place is very quiet and safe, at the same time we were few meters away from the restaurants, from other shops. My family had the best holiday ever, the place was amazing and the city is beautiful. The only negative thing is that the taxi drivers try their best to take long routes for tourists to pay more , so we tried to use more uber , even uber we had some problem, keep your eye on the taxi meter, in 2 occasions ubers started the taxi meter before picking us up, so we asked to reset the taxi meter and when the uber stopped for us to get out he did not stopped the taxi meter and we had to ask him to stop and make sure he put the amount we spent in the uber in front of us.

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!
