Claudio gave us very clear instructions prior to arrival, the place turned out to be very private and cozy, with a wonderful environment. The service we received was very friendly and we felt very happy during our stay. We definitely want to come back!

We stayed at Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Our stay at Gabriel's house in Puerto Varas was excellent. The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfect for resting. The best part, without a doubt, is the spectacular views of the Osorno volcano and Lake Llanquihue, which make the experience unforgettable. We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

Beautiful house, warm, has everything that is described and more, it is practically new and implemented to the first level, all the linens, the kitchen utensils, towels, everything perfect, the heating is with salamander, very easy to use and keeps the house at a very good temperature, we never get cold, we travel with my 83 year old mother and she felt super well, the floor is firm and smooth, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped with good quality products, the environment is beautiful, everything green, is inside a remote-controlled condominium, less than 10 minutes from the port center of Puerto Varas and less than 25 from Puerto Montt, has direct arrival on route 5 and another through the internal road that connects Pto. Varas y Pto. Montt. Viviana the hostess a love, too kind and nice, she is super attentive if you need something and respond very quickly, it's the best experience we have had on Airbnb, everything is perfect, we will definitely be back.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was something I was wondering about. I can definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.

We had an amazing time with my family. An excellent view of the lake, the comfortable apartment with a terrace to enjoy. Close to several very good restaurants and we enjoyed excellent gastronomy. We enjoy all the wonder of Puerto varas and its surroundings by doing some tours. Everything wonderful to come back every year to enjoy this beautiful places that our dear Chile offers us.
