I stayed there with a friend and it was perfect for just the two of us. Everything was tidy and in order. It was great location for those who don't have a car and want to get food or groceries walking distance.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Thank you for such a perfect place for my needs.

Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

Oytum is a great host, during the process from me trying to book to the point of trying to extend my stay he has been very responsive. The place was everything that was listed, it’s a small space enough for about two people everything was clean & cozy ready for my husband & I. I would definitely recommend Oytum as a host & his place anytime ! It was very affordable as well.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in the home. Everything was very comfortable. I liked how it had different seating areas. Their doggies were very well mannered. The birds and koi pond was cool. Amazingly the home is very quiet. The best part was meeting Jeff & George. Both are very kind and a pleasure to talk with. I know we will go back there for our next visit.

100% recommend. Exactly as pictured and a great deal for the area. Only notes- the shower is very small. I was fine, but if you are more plus sized, it might be a concern. The weekend was great, but the train was real loud at 6am on Monday morning. Not sure if that’s a scheduled train or we just got lucky over the weekend. Overall it was a great stay. Super close to the soccer fields we were in town for!

Sonja’s place was just what we needed for a four-day weekend. She was a great host and very responsive! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Highly recommend staying here! Yoel’s place was very clean and in a good location.

It was nice place to stay and Edgar was very responsive when we had questions. It was well decorated, quiet, and the blackout curtains did a great job of blocking out light.

We stayed her for one night because we had an event at Raymond James Stadium! It was such a great location! Took about 15 minutes to get to. Sidewalks the whole way, well lit, safe. It was perfect for what we needed it for!

Host was never seen, i really loved that very private experience i would revisit if i come back to that area for sure, i just hope others don't mess up the experience for everybody else, very clean very nice and unique, a+ would give more stars if i could.

The space was quiet and welcoming. The room was clean and filled with everything I needed fit my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Will stay again!

Dana’s property was exceptional—charming, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, with a nearly brand-new feel. The kitchen was thoughtfully outfitted with coffee, tea, glassware, a wine opener, and bottled water, making the stay feel especially welcoming. Every detail of the design reflected care and intention. I appreciated the private entrance, convenient parking, and proximity to downtown—not to mention being close to my favorite, Dunkin'. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the climate inside was just right. The outdoor sitting area added a delightful touch. Dana was responsive throughout the process, though everything was so well-prepared that I had no need to reach out after check-in. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay again

Me and my friend loved staying here!! It was super clean and put together!! It was close to lots of fun places, including the MidFlorida Ampitheatre, which made it super easy to get back to the bnb after our concert. Thank you for having us! :)

Was a nice little place

Lynne and Jeff’s place was awesome!! Beautiful , clean, stunning grounds, every amenity you could think of and more! They were super friendly but also gave extreme privacy to their guests. We loved it here and know future guests will as well! Highly recommend for adults wanting a spotless, lovely place with great hosts super close to the beach and Publix. Great little restaurant in the small shopping g center near Publix. Angry Pepper and Time Out great pics with food and fun! Love this area 😎

Great place to stay!!!

Nice affordable master suite. There’s private space to park. It’s about 15 minutes from John’s pass and close to Publix and everything else you could need. Suite was private, quiet, and clean. Bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Didn’t have to message the hosts for anything, but they were on top of everything. Would book again.

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

We have stayed here before, and this was another great experience! The place was clean, readily available, with a pool and Jacuzzi on site, which made the peace all the more peaceful! We would sit at the pool and watch boats go by in the morning with our coffee, I relax at the Jacuzzi at night. Excellent location to the beach and local restaurants, and it was also easy to hop on the highway or the main roads and skip to another beach within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend!
