Spacious Condominium at LAKE MARTIN

LAKE MARTIN SUMMER GETAWAY or GAMEDAY CONDO!!!!! Semi-long term rentals and short term (weekends) welcome. Comes with use of boat slip and beautiful lake views. This 3 bedroom 3 bath is spacious and comfortably sleeps eight (8) with a king, queen, full, and a set of bunk beds (for kids). The dining area accommodates ten (10) seats and the living area has a 65” mounted television. If the lake is not enough, condominium has community pool with fun slide. Just 30 minutes away from Auburn, Alabama.

North Lake Condo Club is located just off HWY 280 in Alexander City, AL. Freshly painted with all new furnishings, TVs in every room, including the patio. This unit is one of the largest in the complex. Beautiful views of the lake in all bedrooms! Located on the 1st floor. Take the elevator or walk down 1 flight of stairs to the lake & boat slip. There are 2 pools as well as a playground for the kids to enjoy. Grill area, complete with tables. Penalty for bringing a pet is a flat fee of $200

Gorgeous sunsets!! The Sunset Perch at Lake Martin

Beautiful, completely renovated "lakehouse chic" condo on Lake Martin. All new furnishings and bedding with big water views and the best sunsets on the lake! Large enough for 2 families or large extended family. 4 bedrooms/3 full baths. 2 are Master suites, one is a large loft room with a King and 2 Queens and a 4th bedroom has 2 twins that can be made into a King. Sleeps 12 in beds! Perfect central location on Lake Martin. 2 large lakefront pools and deep water boat dock.

Please note, this condo is not waterfront. The ground floor condo is in the Stillwaters gated community. This condo is located in the Golf Colony complex which has its own private pool and hot tub and dedicated parking spot. PLUS Stillwaters amenity access to another pool, playground area, golf (extra fee), Copper’s Restaurant, Bluff Daiquiri Bar, tennis courts with pickle ball. Boat rental and Storage are available at Harbor Point Marina located in the community.

Centrally located right off of 280, the condo is nestled less than 10 miles from the heart of Alexander City and is a quick, 45 minute drive to Auburn University. Lake Martin’s popular activities such as Peanut Point, Chuck’s pizza, and Chimney Rock are all just a boat ride away!
