Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

This amazing lakefront, family friendly home has a large living room and kitchen/ dining area that opens directly to the back yard, covered gazebo and a private dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic small appliances and includes plenty of storage and pantry space. Upstairs is a huge game room with a ping pong table, billiards & tons of board games & puzzles! The main home has 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. The detached garage (aka the cottage) has a bunkroom, 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bath.

Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

It has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms & sleeps 10. All bedrooms have plush king mattresses. Guests love the outdoor fireplace w/ mounted TV to watch college football. The bonus room has a big TV & Foosball table. There is a sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Just steps to the lake & dock. Enjoy the neighborhood swimming pool too!

Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.
