Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Meade

We were looking for a cabin that was private and updated and this property did not disappoint. We had no neighbors and the property was immaculate. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Quaint area approximately 30 mins from Raystown Lake, with many wineries in the area, Brookmere Winery and Vineyard Inn being our favorite. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire-pit and hot tub. I would highly recommend this cabin. Our host Susan was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. 5 stars all the way!!!

This cabin was perfect! Comfortably fit our family of 6. Kitchen well stocked, everything was super clean and neat. The craftmanship on this cabin was outstanding, and well thought out. Landscaping was well kept. Cool outside features to keep the kids busy. Great place to stay! Thank you Eric!!

The house was very nice and clean in a beautiful setting. Fulfilled all our needs. Had an awesome time in the area. Wonderful host. Thanks for allowing us to use your home. We enjoyed having a great place to celebrate our family and our son’s Shippensburg University graduation. They golfed at a close golf course, played Bocce and enjoyed the hot tub after taking a country run up the lane. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We had a really lovely cabin trip here! It is rare to find an Airbnb where the place is even nicer in person than in the pictures, but this one exceeded expectations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice cabin for a family getaway. Although not modern, it was decorated like a Cracker Barrel, which is homey for most people. Lots of space, and had plenty of games .

This is a great place to stay close to Gettysburg! There is a great local market close with lots of delicacies. let's not forget the battlefield and the great museums that are close!

Great place to stay. It was beautiful. There is a bar/restaurant right down the road for those that don’t want to cook. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was. The cabin is amazing and beautiful. Secluded yet close enough to everything that we couldn’t want for anything. Not that we needed to because just about anything you can think of was already available on site. Everything was clean and well kept, and the location is absolute perfection. We definitely hope to stay there again!!!

Incredible cabin. The photos don't do it justice, there are roughly 10 small waterfalls within a 2 minute walk. 1 master bedroom cabin, a cabin with 8 beds in 2 large rooms, and the main "hangout" cabin. Absolutely gorgeous, had a great time. Already thinking of coming back. We were advised not to drink the sink water, recommend bringing some bottles.

It was a great place to work for a few days. Depsite the record breaking temps the cabin stayed nice and cool!

Loved staying at this sweet little cabin! It was a little smaller than expected but the coziest cutest thing ever! I agree with Heather that this place is best suited for older kiddos and adults, loads of cute decorations and the loft could really trip someone up if they weren’t careful! It was such a peaceful, private place and it really felt like we were in a cabin to ourselves despite being in a neighborhood! Super close to a bunch of amazing wineries, hiking, and downtown Frederick, it was perfect! Thank you Heather!!

Todd’s place was all that we hoped for and more! If you’re looking for an off-grid, relaxing, retreat in nature, choose this place. The home was perfectly accommodating for anything we needed and it was amazing to unplug from our phones and the world around us. Brought 3 dogs and they were able to roam and explore freely. It was truly relaxing and peaceful!

Our one-night birthday getaway was pleasant, private. We appreciated the strong shower water pressure after a long hike nearby and empty fridge to keep our snacks and drinks in. The window ac unit was able to keep us cool. The view from the back was awesome and we were grateful that Brittany responded so quickly allowing us to check-out a little bit late. Would stay again!

Our stay was incredible. Everything was clean and easy to find. They really thought of everything, from extra blankets and linens to kid friendly bowls & cups. The beds were clean and comfy. The entire place was so peaceful and tranquil. The patio was so relaxing to sit on in the evenings. On top of all of that, the communication and response time of the hosts was so quick. We picked this place because of its proximity to our family in Dauphin and we will 100% be back. We loved every second of our stay!

Cory was very nice and stopped by after we arrived to ensure we were set and didn't need anything. only thing I'd make note is location of stay isnt visible from road which makes the stay nice but to find it challenging plus the main road has a median so we had to do many miles to just turn around after missing the driveway so be prepared for that. fishing out front on river was our family's main highlight for sure! plan to stay again

Me and my girlfriend wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to be together, so we chose this cabin. The stay was very comfortable and refreshing and fully met our expectations. This was our first time ever staying at an Airbnb and it was definitely an amazing experience. We would absolutely come back here again.

The place was gorgeous and the hosts were great! Response time was less than 5 minutes and they were super friendly. The place was super clean and the hosts thought of every need! Even when the hosts were on their porch and we were on ours, it felt completely private. Great views of the land and creek. Great time and great place!

Wonderful private cabin with a great host. Highly recommend! Side note: helpful to have 4 wheel drive, but not needed.

The cabin in the woods was great! We were promptly greeted by the host Chad upon arrival and taken to the cabin. He gave us a quick walk through, showed us the amenities, the grounds, and features as well as recommending some great local spots to eat. He then left us to explore on our own. The cabin was already at perfect temperature and immaculately clean and fresh. Plenty of space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with great ac. After unpacking we ventured outside and I did a little bit of fishing in the creek right on property catching a nice size rainbow trout on my second cast. There was a full fire pit with chairs as well as anything else you may need to enjoy the outdoors. Very tranquil, quiet, and peaceful. We were only able to stay for two days this time but will definitely be returning as the cabin in the woods deserves 5 stars for sure and Chad the host was excellent.

Like a home away from home. Clean, easy access to things you might need for cooking, laundry. Peaceful porch with swing and chairs. Comfy living room and bedrooms Better than a hotel.

I had another great stay with Pamela. I couldn’t recommend the host and cabin more as she was very responsive and flexible.

We loved how peaceful and serene the place was and enjoyed the quiet sounds of nature. It was a perfect location for exploring the area!
