Campsite holiday rentals in Lake Michigan

We came up for the Garth Brooks concert and stayed in David & Ann’s RV. Ann met us and had the RV ready, chairs, table and a cooler setup and ready for us. It was only a 5 minute walk to the stadium. It’s the perfect setup for tailgating and attending an event.

Carrie's camper was magnificent. Perfect little getaway for a couple and pets. Bedroom mattress was so comfortable. The campground was so peaceful and you could hear every nature sound. It was an amazing trip and Carrie was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back for a longer stay with the kids too.

Such a nice quiet spot! The area had multiple campers and spaces rented out but it felt like we were alone, that’s how well it was spaced out and set up. Kid friendly and very easy to relax. Will definitely be back!

Super easy to get to and very quiet. Would like a lower price option since there is no electric or water, but was convenient for what we needed. Great little spot!

Very nice place to stay, The hosts were very polite and made sure everything was perfectly well in tact. They also surprised me with a map of all parks in the county which was totally awesome. Recommend staying at their lodge 10/10. Beautiful scenery and If you’re into the outdoors/ riding / there’s endless fun out there. My wife and I Will be visiting there again in the future.

We had a great time. It was a fun adventure to stay in an Airstream RV. We loved the location; it was just minutes from the beach and had great hiking trails.

Very nice camper, extremely clean, and very friendly host. Great communication as well. Included plenty of fresh linens and towels which was nice not to have to bring.

A wonderful place if you’re looking for an inspiring and peaceful getaway, with a magnificent view of the lake. Great hosts as well, highly recommend.

Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived. Maria had such a nice setup with the picnic table, corn hole and fire pit. We only wish we could have enjoyed it. It was certainly a cozy camper and we felt right at home. The "master" bed was comfortable but my friend said the top bunk had little to no cushion. The sheets/comforters as well as the bath towels were fresh and clean. There was no binder with instructions for checkin/checkout and these instructions, along with things to do in the area, were only communicated through Airbnb. I'm "old school" and would have preferred both forms as I missed seeing the official checkout information until after we left the place.

Absolutely adorable, peaceful, and amazing location! The camper was super clean!!! The staff are all friendly! It had everything you could possibly need in it too! Heater, fan, coffee press, a/c, hair dryer, even fresh cut flowers! It had literally everything!!! The heated pool was absolutely phenomenal! The hiking trails were amazing too! It was such a peaceful get away! We enjoyed hiking the trails with our dog, swimming, and playing games while looking at the beautiful scenery around us! Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

what a lovely gem! we loved our stay here. the pond and trail are sweet additions and quite peaceful. lots of critters. clean and easy access. the master bed is comfy enough but the others are best for small peeps. shar was very helpful and has considered an air mattress in the event of more adults. she was so very helpful and kind enough to check in and see how we were doing. highly recommend this sweet getaway!

We loved the camping "feel" without the campground noise and chaos. It was a quiet getaway and close to good hiking trails and the lake towns.

we enjoyed our stay immensely. the place was neat and clean. the parking was easy. breakfast was tasty. the host was incredibly friendly. we enjoyed the fire and smores. would definitely come back again.

Exactly what I needed to get away from it all. Quiet, cozy, and almost no phone signal to speak of (which is intended)! Trails around the grounds are well marked and easily traversable, and there’s plenty of wood to use for the fire. Everything was clean and working well and the place was exactly as described. Big shoutout to Sondra for helping me put up my tent and having treats for the dogs. You’re a lifesaver!

Was a very nice stay. If you’re tall (I’m 6’3”) your feet might hang off the bed but it is a camper! Very clean and good location. Was a great price compared to most rentals in the area for summer/holiday weekends. Would recommend for someone who doesn’t mind a little bit of a tighter space for a great price and location. Plenty of toiletries and clear instructions. I was pleasantly surprised for my first time staying in a camper.

Absolutely loved our stay. We went to fish and celebrate our anniversary. She had a bottle of wine for us and lots of recommendations. The camper is private, but they do have another campsite right behind the camper, and their home on the pond. Still had privacy and a beautiful view. Heard a Hermit Thrush. We would definitely be back if we go back to that area. Great parking for our boat too! Thanks so much for the great experience!

Jennifer had clear instructions and they were also very descriptive. She made everything very easy and stress free, the place was amazing looked great, felt great. I 10/10 recommend.

BOOK IT! 🤩 We had the absolute best time at Jamie’s RV! She really has thought of everything. We received thorough instructions and videos prior to arrival that laid out everything we needed to know for check in and a great stay. We were comfortable from the start. My kids loved the bunk beds and my husband and I slept great on the pull out bed. The area is beautiful and quiet. The pool is really nice with very clean bathrooms/showers and a great outdoor space for relaxing. We went into town several times. It’s a quick and easy drive and there’s so much to do! We really can’t wait to come back! Thank you guys for everything 🫶🏼

I can honestly say I was very comfortable in Jon’s home and so was my family. It was very clean and his house look like the pictures. I rented this Airbnb because I am a Ferris State graduate and I had to come down here for my ceremony . The hotels were extremely too high so I decided to get an Airbnb with my family instead of getting multiple hotel rooms and my family enjoyed being there as well. I would go there again most definitely l. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and it was really clean and organized. They had everything there far as in the cooking utensils. I did for my family, but overall the visit was very good and I enjoyed myself.

Lavern is a fantastic and caring host. The climate control was on before we arrived on a pretty warm day so the RV was very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The setting was beautiful and private. Lavern and his family gave us great local recommendations. Definitely would stay again. Thou you very much, Lavern!!!
