Monthly Rentals in Lake Miyagase

Great place to stay! We stayed 7 days and got to see more of the west side of Tokyo! However if you are looking for a place close to Tokyo centre i would suggest something closer. This place had everything we needed!

It was a clean and calm environment.I stayed with my daughter, who is in elementary school, and her friends, a total of 5 people, and we enjoyed the training machines and the game of life. The bedding was also clean, and the response to comments was quick, so I was relieved.Thank you!

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.
