The Beach house is a 2-level residence, with an upper-level and a lower-level unit, both units can be rented at the same time, if available, to make a 3 bedroom residence. Both levels have an exterior entrance, however there is an interior staircase with a locked door that can separate the 2 units or adjoin them.
