A bright and tidy two-room apartment with a sauna on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The house, completed in 2019, is in the Rantaraita housing fair area. The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

Puutalon kellarikerros rauhallisella asuinalueella, aivan Aulangon metsien vieressä. Oma sisäänkäynti, makuuhuone, wc ja suihku. Liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, siivous ja pysäköinti sisältyvät hintaan. Lisämaksusta saatavilla aamiaistarjotin, puusauna ja kesällä ulkoporealtaan käyttö. Matka Aulangon ulkoilureiteille 100 m, lähimmälle bussipysäkille 800 m, juna-asemalle 1,3 km ja keskustaan 2,2 km. Huoneeseen on erikseen sovittaessa mahdollista saada ilmatäytteinen lisävuode, jos yöpyjiä on enemmän.

Mini mökki keskellä kylää, idyllisessä Vanhassa Vääksyssä. Täällä vietät mökkilomaa palvelujen läheisyydessä. Ulkoilumaastot lähtevät melkein takapihalta Salpausselälle, Päijänteen ja Vesijärven näkymiin. Puulämmitteisessä, perinteisessä suomalaisessa saunassa rentoudut, sekä tuvan kamiina luo aitoa mökkitunnelmaa ja lämpöä. Mökkiin ovat tervetulleita myös lemmikkisi. Pihalla on nuotiopaikka. Kalmarin (Vesijärvi) uimarantaan kävelymatka noin 15 min ja Päijänteen uimarantaan noin 500 m.

Magical hideout by a lake in a nature reserve

Tunnelmallinen sähkötön hirsimökki pienen suojärven rannalla luonnonsuojelualueen keskellä. Mökkiä ympäröi vanha aarniometsä. Ei lähinaapureita, joten oma rauha taattu. Järven toisella puolella kaksi muuta mökkiä, joista toisen laiturille näköyhteys mökin laiturilta. Sijaintinsa ja sähköttömyytensä vuoksi mökki on täydellinen rauhoittumiselle joko yksin tai yhdessä. Soveltuu lapsiperheille. Järven mutapohjasta johtuen kellukkeet voivat kuitenkin olla tarpeelliset pienille lapsille.

Exellent area for canoeing. Hiring companies at Mäntyharju. At Mäntyharju you can find well equipped grocery stores, wine shop, bike and canoe rentals, cinema, bars, restaurants, vintage stores, market square with fresh fish and ice cream. Biking and sking tracks and lots more.
