Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. The holiday apartment is located on the shore of a clear and drinkable clean Päijänne. You'll have access to all the amenities of summer cottages, ranging from air conditioning to sauna, and for an additional fee of 50€ per time, a large wood-burning lot on the beach. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

Erkenmäki

The tiny cottage in Erkenmäki served as a hall in the main building of the Yli-Tommola estate in its earlier life. The current host's grandfather moved the logs to their current location in the 1930s. Erkenmäki is a peaceful and atmospheric whistling place at the highest point of the village. The old sauna gives wonderful, deep steam baths and the tub heats up next to the sauna terrace. The cottage's upper floor has a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen has everything you need. Come and enjoy the basics, the quiet and the peace.

Koskenranta Pearl

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 by a stunning rapids. Soothing rapids ensure a relaxing visit to Koskenranta Helmi. The cottage is great for relaxing, fishing, or even boating. In the big sauna of the cottage, you can admire the flowing water, refreshing is easy to always be open in a permanent rapids or outdoor hot tub. The House with a Spa

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
