All good, no issues. Not exactly a palace, but it worked for us on a business trip.

We loved our stay! Perfect spot for a couple for a long weekend in New Orleans. The space is clean and comfortable and the back porch is a lovely view into the hosts beautiful garden. Maria was incredibly kind and responsive and answered all of my questions. The area was gorgeous and a quick walk to explore restaurants and coffee shops. I completely recommend staying here.

Tamarin and Steve were so kind and thoughtful with details. We enjoyed the art on display in the guest suite, and the pool was lovely. The garden and porch rocking chairs made it feel like a quiet little oasis in the middle of the busy city. Close to everything, especially Superior Seafood, our daughter’s favorite place for pomegranate mojitos and everything on the menu. We also love Bearcat for breakfast. The guest suite is filled with antiques and repurposed materials, so eclectic and fun.

Loved this place! Great location especially if you are attending events at the Convention center a ten minute walk. Nice neighborhood too with coffee shop, bars and excellent restaurants. Sweet parks with ancient live oak trees and original homes in all of their glory.

Susan's place is beautiful and in a great location. Very cozy, quiet, and safe. Susan was a great host! She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in NOLA.

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Vilna was a kind, friendly, and helpful host. My friend and I felt very comfortable and her place and she was very helpful getting us things we needed like more water for the apartment. The area around her home felt safe and accessible and we happily made the 20-25 minute walk to Jazzfest every morning! If you are used to staying in affluent neighborhoods with manicured lawns, streetlights and perfectly aligned sidewalks -- this neighborhood and area may not be up your alley. But if you want to have the most authentic conversations with people on their porches, see the real New Orleans, and get a taste of the seventh ward leaving with the embrace of the NOLA people, don't miss a stay with VILNA!

Awesome little spot to stay in New Orleans, house was quiet and peaceful. AC worked great and the temperature inside was comfortable. Pool was very needed, nice to cool off after a long day out and about. Hosts were responsive and respectful and private. Ubers were quick and cheap, food around town was amazing. Would 100000% book again.

We had an amazing trip with an amazing host! Any questions were promptly answered! The area was perfect. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony most! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!!

2nd time staying here and would book it again when coming back to the area. Great hosts, charming accommodations, comfortable beds and nice water pressure in the shower. Andrea’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip to NOLA. It was close enough to be quickly accessible to the French quarter, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle! It was immaculate and clearly labeled. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Ewan's apartment was fun and funky and as a host he was fantastic! I can definitely recommend this listing. The most important things are the A/C works brilliantly, the fridge gets very cold, and the host is super cool. Just be aware, that the bathroom is not attached to the room you're sleeping in, you have to go outside to use the shower and bathroom. However it's a very private area, and Ewan gives you open rain of the backyard, and your privacy. Parking is not a problem as it is not residential parking only. I went through a smaller festival while there, and had absolutely no issues for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And there's a wonderful neighborhood bar, Pal's four doors down. Kate was an amazing host making sure we had everything we needed as well as recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

The Owls Nest was everything we wanted for a fun weekend in Mandeville. It’s a beautiful, well equipped apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. Bed and sofa were very comfortable, my husband is picky and he was quite pleased. The lakefront is close, as well as great food options. We enjoyed Croissant, Bergerons and Mandeville Seafood market.

The house was a great value. The walked to the beach was very short and the beach was uncrowded and peaceful. Sean's instructions were very helpful and the house is comfortable and clean The train didn't bother me at all!

It’s a peaceful place in the bayou. Tom was a great host. If I’m in the area again, I’d absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a high end kitchen go elsewhere. Appliances are old but all were clean and worked perfectly. Well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Sheets were so soft and the ac was cold. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And was so happy to let my pup get some off leash time. Thanks Tom!

Great home in a great location perfect for 2 people a lot to do and a lot of places to eat whether you are walking or driving steps from magazine street walked to a different coffee shop everyday ez parking about a 20 minute drive to the quarter

This cottage on Burgundy Street was an absolute delight! It was charming and clean. The backyard is an oasis with a wonderful cocktail pool to hang out and cool off in. The neighborhood is so walkable. Perfect location for both the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. We met our hosts and they were friendly and helpful. They leave their guests great recommendations for local restaurants and easy directions on how to get around. I have been to NOLA several times and have always stayed in the Quarter, but from now on I will be staying in the Marigny and hopefully in this exact same cottage! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

We stayed here for a concert and it was a nice and peaceful area away from all of the business and traffic. The place was clean and felt like home. Alicia was also so great and easy to work with, she answered all questions and made the process super easy. I would for sure recommend staying here!

Jason's place was the perfect location for my quick visit to NOLA, though I would have gladly stayed longer. Jason was very forthcoming with tips and recommendations as soon as I checked in, which were very helpful for my visit! He and his family were very gracious and welcoming. The apartment was perfect and much larger than I anticipated; it was so nice being able to spread out. I was initially concerned about the window unit A/C (I mean it is New Orleans heat); however, the unit was centrally located enough to cool the entire apartment quite comfortably and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a welcome extra bit of circulation for the evenings. I think one thing I did not remember reading in the listing or reviews is that the floor is concrete so you may want to bring a pair of slippers or slides for some cushion while padding around the apartment.
