It’s easy to feel at home here! The bed will be freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels will be provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes from central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are lovely walking trails along Lake Siljan nearby, which can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, it is possible to swim in the ice water from the jetty, if the weather allows, ski trails are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride with the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
