В восторге от данного дома! Отличное расположение, в доме уютно и чисто, все что необходимо все есть и даже больше. Хозяйка квартиры очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый человек! Определенно хочется вернуться сюда еще и рекомендовать данный дом знакомым.

Great place to stay. Kara was super helpful and quick in responding to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

The house was very large and comfortable and clean. The view was great from the balcony. There were the necessary appliances. Besides homeowners were very responsible, punctual and flexible. I highly recommend them.

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

Dit huis was een oase in Erevan. Alles netjes en schoon, zeer ruime kamers, en bovenal een heerlijk zwembad! Erg leuk, in een mooie, groene tuin met fruitbomen en een grote tafel met bankjes en een buitenkeuken. Het was erg heet tijdens ons verblijf, maar zeker door het zwembad hebben we een hele fijne tijd gehad!

The location couldn’t be better , right in the heart of everything. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and exactly as described. Adriana is a fantastic host: responsive, kind, and always happy to share helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan and would love to stay here again next time I’m back.

A truly lovely stay! I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Gaya's aunts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location couldn’t have been better, just a 5-minute walk to essential shops, restaurants, a grocery supermarket, and convenient bus stops. The metro station is also only about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. I couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Very good location, in the heart of Yerevan. All you need is nearby. Nane and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. We got early checkin. In Apartment we got all we need. Furniture is new, TV has all popular TV channels, Internet, Netflix etc... i would recommend this apartment to any tourist for short and long stay.

Excellent location, near to all attractions. Spacious kitchen and living room. Hosts are very accommodating, even with the checking in the middle of the night. All was great!

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

Отмечали день рождения большой компанией. Снимали дом на два дня. Сам дом идеально подходит для больших выездов и празднований. Каждое спальное место было очень удобным, свежее постельное белье, удобные матрасы, тёплый пол во всем доме и все необходимые принадлежности (полотенца, зубные щетки, зубная паста, шампуни и кондиционеры) - оставили хорошее впечатление. Понравилось обилие красивой посуды, можно сделать прекрасный ужин на 12 персон и более. Большой мангал и розжиг тоже очень помогли в готовке. Интернет быстрый, качественный. Локация недалеко от продуктовых магазинов в городе (~15 минут) , имейте в виду, что доставки продуктов нет, лучше привезти с собой. Хозяйка дома отвечала быстро и во всем помогала.

Дом понравился, есть просторные общие зоны. Спальни небольшие, но если в них только спать, то места достаточно. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, настолько, что несколько раз приезжали во время нашего отдыха, чтобы полить цветы и проверить наполнение бассейна (почему-то бассейн не был наполнен до нашего приезда, а скорость заполнения невысокая). Решайте сами, комфортно ли вам с таким высоким уровнем гостеприимства :) Дом визуально чистый, но из-за того, что это буквально дом, пол был грязный, в белых носках лучше не ходить. Иногда в части спален по утрам было слышно соседские машины и разговоры, но большую часть времени было тихо. Рядом нет больших магазинов, так что еду лучше покупать в Ереване. В пешей доступности есть несколько локальных кафе и небольших ларьков. Конечно, самое главное на территории — это шикарная терраса с видом на горы и симфонию камней. Идеально для праздников. У террасы есть крыша и небольшая летняя кухня с холодильником. Общие впечатления приятные!

Фамильная вилла в потрясающей локации! На территории есть фруктовый сад, за которым прекрасно ухаживают, бассейн и сауна. Также в паре минут ходьбы расположен древний монастырь, в который водят экскурсии. Точно стоит посетить. Это отличное место, чтобы провести ваши выходные в Армении:)
