The family and I had an amazing time. Lots to do and explore. A perfect getaway from the city, we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had the most wonderful girls' trip at Darlene's cottage this past weekend. The space was spotless, cozy, and very well stocked with all the necessities and beyond. We especially enjoyed the unique game room and the hot tub. Darlene even left us a s'mores kit, a bottle of wine, and a lovely note to welcome us! We highly recommend. 😊

This place was beautiful and right on the water. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. We had enough kayaks to have fun in the water. The location was very private and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Shahrzad’s cottage in Innisfil! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Shahrzad was a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. The location was peaceful and close to the lake, which made it perfect for a weekend escape. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was very comfortable for our family of 8 as we celebrated my parents’ 50th anniversary. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean, and the space felt welcoming. The location was ideal — close to popular attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The owner was a gracious and thoughtful host who genuinely cared about our comfort. We truly appreciated his kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Such a perfect little getaway spot. Super quiet and private — loved relaxing in the hot tub at night and hanging by the fire. The place has a dock with kayaks and paddleboards, which made the lake time extra fun. Everything was clean and cozy, and it just felt peaceful the whole time. Already planning to come back!

The place was beautiful, looking out onto a lake with clean swimmable water. And there was a beach only 5 minutes away. Everything inside the house was clean and well-stocked. Richard was also very responsive with any inquiries. Overall, a great place, very well worth it!

Had a great weekend getaway. I was happily suprised that there has been some upgrades outsides since the last pictures were taken. We got everything we were expecting but I’d say overall the whole experience was much better then expected. Kathy was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay somewhere with a close drive to the beach and a nice backyard to relax by the water.

It is a beautiful, secluded area on Pine Lake with the back facing west (Make sure that you enjoy watching the sunsets from the living room area or the hot tub!). There was plenty of equipment by the dock for us to use and enjoy on the water. The kids enjoyed paddling and swimming in the lake. If you are looking to work remotely, the internet connection was solid as my friend decided to work. If you are looking to switch off and go analog - it rained heavily one day there, but everyone was entertained with the all of the games and puzzles that were supplied at the cottage. Our Great Pyrenees dogs enjoyed roaming the site. We had an issue with the BBQ, but with some quick messaging with Jesse, he was able to get someone out to the cottage to fix the issue. It is a bit of trek to get into the cottage by vehicle, so I recommend that you enjoy the seclusion of the site - it is worth it! However, it is easy to get into town if you need to go there. Great cottage for a getaway! Jason was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. We came for a girl's weekend retreat and it suited our needs perfectly. Nice little sand beach that made it easy to get in and out of the water. Would recommend Bud's Place and will book again myself :)

The location by the lake is lovely.

Cottage is totally unique being on a point with water on two sides. Architecture is modern and very comfortable. Two larger bedrooms are the same size so great to share with another couple. Views include Goffat Island and McCrae Provincial Park so lots of greenery. With the pick of two sides to paddle you can stay out of the wind. I have been coming to Lake Simcoe for over 50 years and I have never heard so many loon cries! And trumpeter swans for visuals. Firepit has great views! We had a great time.

What a great place! We had 11 people. 6 adults and 5 children. There were beds for everyone and because the weather was crap (totally not Byron’s fault - LOL) we were inside most of the weekend. There was enough space and internet bandwidth to keep everyone happy and engaged! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Hope to rent this next year for family fun weekend!

We had a lovely stay at Navid’s place! The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities you could think to need. The property itself was beautiful, with a well maintained deck, and easy access to the water. Navid was a very responsive and kind host. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!

We had a such a lovely stay at Todd’s place. The location is wonderful comfy beds powerful showers, plenty of towels and lots of mod cons. A sandy swimmable beach is outside your front door and from the back deck watch the boats go by dawn till dusk. Bliss. Very responsive host and lovely getaway.

Bettys cottage was an excellent getaway from Toronto, with lots of water activities, with the cottage being right on the water. The cottage itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and Betty was an excellent, accommodating and responsive host, with helpful local recommendations, and advice and tips. Absolutely perfect stay! John was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself is stunning: beautifully maintained, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—peaceful, scenic, and close to everything. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

We happened to come during mayfly season, so there were tons of them outside and we couldn’t have a campfire at night, which was a bit disappointing. But the host was super kind and helpful, and the place had everything we needed. During the day, we still got to go boating and had a nice BBQ, and spent three amazing nights indoors. Thanks again for the lovely stay!
