Just a 10-15 minute drive from downtown and businesses such as Amazon, Swedish, Harborview. Private entrance, free parking space. Short 5 minute walk to Lake Washington, local restaurants, Starbucks, Leschi Market, marina, and the bus to downtown Seattle.
