Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lake Wallenpaupack

Mark’s place is a delight! It’s so much bigger than the photos indicate and its location is perfect. We felt so at home and at peace in the woods while also feeling pretty close to local amenities. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms were updated beautifully. It’s a great mix of cabin vibes with just the right amount of modern living. And the DECK is a stunner. We spent some much time chatting, sipping coffee and star gazing out there.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

Many thanks to Chris for sharing his home with us. What a pleasant surprise to have wine and S'mores fixings all ready for us. Our family (4 couples and 4 kids) had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is lovely. We were even able to enjoy the firepit after weeks of rain. Due to unseasonable weather we went to Steamtown one day and hiked the lake and forest trails the next day. Too cool and rainy for other activities. We will definitely share your listing with friends and family. Thank you once again.

Came into town for graduation at WAHS. Location was easy to find and very convenient tow everything we needed to get to.

We had an amazing time with the family at Teresa’s beautiful location. The kids had an amazing time in the home and we were all able to enjoy a wonderful weekend. Teresa was absolutely accomadating and helpful with anything asked. She was quick to answer and helped with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone with a big family. Lauren and Ryan's House was great! A perfect home for our family of four. The train themed bunk beds, darts and shuffleboard, fireplaces, and record player, were all hits. Lauren quickly responded to a few of our questions and made it clear that our comfort was her top priority. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, cozy and safe place by a lake, I highly recommend the Green Light Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

What a lovely cottage. The view from the picture window was so delightful. Loved the thoughtful touches like the coloring book, and the farm fresh eggs. It’s an easy walk to town. I will definitely book a stay here again.

This was my second stay at Rob’s place, and once again it was a great experience. The house, tucked away in the Green Ridge area of Scranton, is quiet, charming, and full of character. It has that cozy, old-home feel that’s both welcoming and comfortable. Rob is a very attentive host—quick to respond and clearly thoughtful about making sure everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

This is a great place to relax, both indoors and outside. Very roomy with comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor sitting area. Cats that greet you as you arrive. And an incredibly friendly deer who is so cute stays near the property. Good restaurants are a short drive away.

Nina was kind and responsive as a host, but is sensitive so this place wouldn't be for everyone as she lives downstairs, especially if you like noise, but fine for many. It isn't updated or modern, but that was okay for me. You can open the window and hear the stream which was peaceful. The bed isn't exactly comfortable, but the shower pressure was amazing. The hardest part was not having a functional kitchen with refrigerator or stove. There was a pitcher with filtered water, and a silicone electric kettle for tea, but to access a small fridge you have to go downstairs. Nina did leave me some delicious watermelon to eat upon arrival which was so thoughtful.

Gorgeous little spot in a great location! Perfect for two! everything was comfortable and clean! we booked extremely last minute. Truly went above and beyond!!

Great place in walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Esther was very communicative and had everything stocked that one might need. Five Stars!!!

What a beautiful house AND location. We didn't see another person the whole time we were there. the house and grounds were immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. the hot tub looked inviting but the weather prevented us from using it and unfortunately they had no control over the rain. The local area has so many things to do it was tough deciding but we managed. great antiqueing, if you're into that. I would highly recommend a stay at Cozy Creek Cabin. It's exactly the kind of place I'm looking for in the Poconos. Thanks Jen and Rob

This was my third time booking this enchanting Norway Chalet. It became almost my home away from home. Close to Jersey, close to trailheads, private, quiet and a ton of amenities. The host is very responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time! Cabin was quiet, secluded, and peaceful; a great space to get away from it all! Olena was also a great host! We had an issue with the air conditioning unit and she was great in offering solutions in a timely manner. She was also super accommodating with our check in time- we had a previous booking that was cancelled right before our scheduled trip and Olena was able to be flexible with the time we were able to arrive. Overall a great trip and we cannot wait to hopefully come back again in the future.

This place is amazingggg. Such a perfect experience. I’m so glad I came here. I love it so much I ended up saying two extra days. I wanna keep it all to myself. I don’t even wanna tell you guys about it. 😂 this place really is as perfect as it looks. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing. The sounds are amazing. Everything is high quality. Heated floor and seat in bathroom. It’s so peaceful and private. There’s a Japanese style hot tub in the backyard that overlooks the river. And string lights thru the back yard. I love it SO much. Everything here is so intentional. Jenny did an amazing job with this place. And Jenny is so chill and fun. I don’t wanna Airbnb anywhere else - this place has ruined it for all other places 😂

It is a very nice place just minutes away from a number of attractions. Colleen was very responsive and had clear instructions for check-in and check out. We will definitely recommend this place! The property had beautiful 3 acres and we would have loved to see some rough walkway/trail to explore all of it.

House sits right on the lake, beautiful property very private but close to town. The open floor plan is so comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The house was well organized and very clean. Communication with Anna was easy and very responsive. The hot tub was such a nice treat at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this home.

Stayed here as a big family gathering to celebrate my father’s birthday and it was such an enjoyable getaway we did not want to leave. We had 6 adults and did not feel cramped at all. The area is so serene and gorgeous and the creek in the back is truly magical. The house had everything you could need, including all cooking items and even phone/Apple Watch chargers. Doreen was incredibly responsive and we never really worried about anything. It was such a beautiful cabin and area. I hope to visit again soon!
