It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

1925 Historic Downstairs Garage Apartment in the highly desired Dixieland District, that has antiquing, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and more...all within walking distance! Within a block from either side of the house is Reececliffe Diner and Patio 850, that's a restaurant and wine bar. It’s a lovely five minute walk to Lake Morton, home of the swans, from which our nickname “Swan City” hails. You can easily walk to downtown, which is a total of one mile from the house.

This is a 300 square foot comfortable spacious efficiency apartment. You have complete privacy like a hotel suite. There is parking right by the apartment and a private wooden gate and entrance. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, a comfortable bed, new bathroom, dining table for two, and more! The entire space is yours to enjoy. This is a very quiet and safe location. It is close to stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall.
