The house is great! Tons of things provided like stocked bathroom cabinet and snacks which is definitely not always the case. Excellent hosts.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They had instructions for everything. quite neighborhood and clean place. plenty of parking and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend again

We had a great stay in Long Beach! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also ideal—close to everything we needed, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a place that we could rest and relax for a few days. We were not looking for places to visit or a lot of activities, even though this property is located where you have those things to choose from. This property fit our needs perfectly. Coffee in the morning sitting outside in the beautifully decorated outdoor space, including a peaceful water feature was so nice. The home is beautiful and there wasn’t a single thing we wanted that wasn’t provided. Communications were very timely and they genuinely wanted you to have everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. I can’t imagine anyone not being 100% happy with this property and the host. We would love to return in the future.

Anthony & his wife made everything super easy. The neighborhood is nice, the house is super cute, perfect size for a family of 5 or less or a get together. The check in and check out are at perfect times as well which was super nice. My only complaint is definitely needs to update the picture and ads, my boyfriends little brother was supposed to stay on the “futon” but come to find out it was completely different furniture in the living room and the couch wasn’t the best to sleep on he said. And the Tv 📺 as soon as you open the door is a bit dangerous/skeptical just cause all it takes it once accident with the door and the tv will be broke! Other than that I would recommend the place a million times! Super beautiful , hosts are super sweet made everything a breeze , and they even are animal friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog it was still awesome to have the option! I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!
