Das Anwesen mit seinem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das ionische Meer, besteht aus zwei Steinhäusern und liegt eingebettet in den Hügeln der wildschönen Landschaft der korfiotischen Westküste, ca. 3 km ausserhalb des traditionellen Dorf Giannades entfernt. Die beiden Häuser, von denen das eine den Gästen zur Verfügung steht, sind durch einen Innenhof getrennt, der den Gästen vorbehalten ist. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist auf den letzten 1.4 Kilometern nicht geteert.

To the beach it is 5 min by car or 20 min walk. The famous' Corfu Trail '(island hiking trail) passes near Villa Katalina. The lovingly furnished house is exclusively reserved for guests and has its own parking space on the property.
