Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

Schöne Unterkunft, hatte alles was man braucht. Wir empfehlen ein Mietwagen zu nehmen um besser mobil zu sein.

We were a group of 9. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. The host-s arranged for food and drinks to be at the villa upon our arrival. Communication was excellent before and after. We had a great time. You will need your own car or taxis but once you have a taxi number (the host/s provided this) it was quick and cheap. We had a fantastic time. Thank you

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, höflich und nett. Die Villa war sehr traumhaft, luxuriös, sauber und ordentlich. Es hängen einige wunderschöne Gemälden von der Gastgeberin höchstpersönlich, man fühlt sich wie in einer gehobenen Kunstgalerie. Wir haben eine Woche lang einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erlebt - paradiesisch trifft es ganz gut. Ich bedanke mich bei der Gastgeberin Victoria für die Zeit. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!!! 😃

Amazing villa and amazing hosts. David and Tonny were very responsive to messages. Their recommendations were perfect. The villa was spotless and modern, pool was fabulous and the view from the top terrace was stunning. we've had a wonderful time and would highly recommend and return!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit ruime en lichte huis met een absoluut adembenemend uitzicht. Koffie in de ochtend met dit uitzicht… geweldig! Het huis is rustig en privé gelegen, op een zeer ruim perceel. Door de ligging heb je zeker de auto nodig om naar winkels en restaurants te gaan, maar dat wisten wij en we hebben genoten. De airco’s in de slaapkamers werken heel goed, heerlijk in de warme en vochtige zomernachten. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren snel, inchecken supereasy.

A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison pleine de charme et typique. Tout était parfait, état impeccable, situation idéale pour apprécier le charme du centre historique. Le patio idéal pour les apéro et la terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et la vielle ville parfaite pour le repas. Nous recommandons cette maison, l'accueil était parfait merci à Vivian pour son accueil chaleureux.

Beautiful little townhouse in the heart of Altea. The interior is beautiful and it feels very comfortable, almost like coming home.

We had a great time in Altea, Elena’s flat was cute, cozy and very well renovated with touches of the old casa de pueblo details. The location was fantastic, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants. And really close to the old town with a little bit of a climb up to the fantastic church with dome. Elena was really helpful with the recommendations for restaurants and sharing with us the free parking 300m from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Heerlijk huis om lekker even bij te komen. Isco zorgt ervoor dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Bij aankomst was hij persoonlijk aanwezig om ons wegwijs te maken en had ons verwend met heerlijke watermeloen en wijn om de vakantie te beginnen. Huis is top en de gastvrijheid van Isco maakt het verschil, dus zeker een aanrader om je vakantie door te brengen!

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Great villa in a peaceful location yet close to the beach, shops and a short drive away from Benidorm. The house was spotless, spacious and well equipped for families. Everything was as described. The outdoor space was a real highlight, the swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to any family looking for the perfect escape!

Don't hesitate to book this amazing villa, you won't regret it! Perfect layout for our family (3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 upstairs, all ensuite) meaning ample space and privacy. The villa is incredibly well equipped and clean meaning we could just settle in straight away and begin our holiday! Lovely quiet area with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Although we had a car which meant we could travel further afield and explore, it really isn't a necessity. The pool area is fabulous, with gorgeous seating areas to enjoy family meals. The pool is quite deep, even at the shallow end so be aware of this for kids (I couldn't really stand up to hold my little one although I am very short!) The host Maria was superb, very friendly and responsive. Everything was just lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to return to both the villa and Moraira.

Het huis is gelegen in een rustige en veilige buurt, op een heuvel met wijds uitzicht over de zee. Het perceel is ruim, heeft een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en heeft diverse plekjes en terrassen om te zitten in de zon of schaduw. Er is van alles aanwezig om er prettig te kunnen wonen. Het zwembad is heerlijk ruim en schoon en de kinderen konden gebruik maken van het aanwezige speelgoed voor het zwembad in de garage. In de ruime waskamer in de garage is ook alles aanwezig de was te kunnen doen. Er is goede wifi aanwezig. De 2 badkamers zijn netjes, ruim en schoon. De keuken is een klein beetje verouderd maar bevat meer aan keukenbenodigdheden dan wat je zou verwachten. Alles voor een ontspannen verblijf!

La casa era hermosa, muy limpia y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Estuvimos súper cómodos durante toda la estadía. El host fue excelente: siempre atento y respondía enseguida cada vez que lo necesitábamos. Además, el barrio es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!
