Family-friendly holiday rentals in L'Albufera

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

The place is large, comfortable and in a great spot. Wish we had more time to spend there.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Loved the church bells! And the terrace. Absolutely recommend!

Magui’s place is one of my favorite that I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation! All of the details around the apartment were so beautiful and interesting that we spent a good chunk of time after we arrived just looking at it all. Aside from the beautiful decor, the beds and furniture were also very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the location was extremely convenient. There was also a helpful guide that pointed us to some great restaurants and bars! The apartment truly felt like our home away from home and we had a hard time leaving it each day. Our only regret was not booking it for longer as Valencia ended up being our favorite stop on this trip, probably having much to do with this apartment. We hope we can come back one day!

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home! It’s a nice mix of the old tiles and wooden beams with the new appliances and furniture. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me: a short walk takes you either to the hip and bustling Ruzafa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, or to the Túria park for some running or yoga 🧘🏻 I will be back!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Vicente and Gonzalo, thank you again and maybe see you soon.

What a wonderful stay we had in Rita's apartment with our 2 year old child. We felt really at home and the location couldn't be better. A playground right in front of the building, a supermarket and restaurants as close as possie, and everything in the city walkable or by metro with a close by station. Communication with Rita was perfect, she always answered fast and had tips for us. We recommend this to anyone, with or without a child.

Great location, 3 minutes to the promenade, 3 minutes to the metro and bus stop. Vincente is super friendly and helps where he can! The Airbnb is very well equipped! We even got beach towels. I would book it again anytime:-)

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

The apartment was pristine and spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning essentials which was really convenient and made our stay extra comfortable. Ambrosia was really helpful and provided lots of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend!

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Ideal base for a holiday where you want to combine city and beach! Very nice and complete apartment only 5 min walk from Patacona beach. A spacious, nice and reasonably quiet beach, where many locals also come. Eating places on the beach and some in the neighborhood. In the summer, there are a few beach bars (chiringuito's). Cozy atmosphere! For a visit to the city, you can use public transport (especially the bus, which runs very regularly and nearby, travel time 45-60 minutes to the center). However, we rented bicycles for us with our daughter on the back. So we had all the time and flexibility. It is nice to cycle to the center along the boulevards of the beaches of Valencia and through the Turiapark. You can also expect 45-60 min travel time (without stops). There are many bike paths and reasonably well signposted in Valencia. And the city is flat. Cycling is really fun and very easy to do from the apartment. We placed the bikes in the underground garage.

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
