Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. In the MIDDLE OF NATURE, we welcome you to a green and calm estate of more than 2 hectares (garden and woods). Cottage with private garden, barbecue, gazebo, garden furniture. Free access to the swimming pool in season, games on the estate: mini golf, volleyball, badminton, soccer, ping pong, trampoline to share with 2 other cottages.
